Tyniko AI is an automated platform that allows users to generate children's books using artificial intelligence. This includes text, story structure, and illustrations.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the prompts you provide do not violate any local or international laws.
- Maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Ensuring that you do not use the Service for any malicious or harmful purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
AI Generated Content: You own the rights to the books you generate through Tyniko AI for any legal use, provided you have a valid active subscription. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated art may have varying copyright status depending on your jurisdiction.
Service Content: All software, designs, and brand elements (Tyniko, Holo AI) are the exclusive property of Tyniko AI.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are typically not provided once AI credits have been consumed for generation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tyniko AI provides the Service "as is." We are not liable for any content generated by the AI that you find offensive, incorrect, or unusable. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
